I purchased not 1 but 2 defective Maytag washers. The very helpful sales person Daniel tried his best to resolve this issue. The manager was never around , didn’t call so I’ll go elsewhere to purchase a washer. I used Lowe’s for 12 yrs, the last 2 yrs. customer service is lacking BIG TIME !
Jason was an amazing help to me and my husband when we were looking for some parts to fix our heater on our camper! He was super polite and knowledgeable about the products and went out of his way to make sure we found exactly what we were needing!
I've called 5 separate days, at different hours with no response for the mil department. The customer service did not help. It seemed as if they didn't care. I just wanted to get some supplies cut.. home depot took care of me, with good customer service. Maybe I'll be back maybe I won't. (I tried, and I was patient)
Being a prior employee at this store I know the standards that should be upheld. Through years of shopping at this store I have never been disappointed. The staff are there to help answer any questions you may have about a project or items for sale.
To start off with we went there because we had to return cabinet because they were damaged. We returned them and went to get another to replace it as well we got more but different cabinets. Bought them asked for some help with loading them in the Car. Waited at least 20 minutes in the 87 degrees weather and no one came to help except two gentlemen exiting the store who asked if we needed help loading. By the way Both of the men were of a different Color and One didn't speak English but that didn't stop them from having a Beautiful Heart. Don't know what your Employees have but Heart is lacking.
