I wasn't even planning on buying a mattress today but the idea of buying one on clearance struck my mind. The guy that who was helping me was very helpful. He was helping me pick out excellent mattress selections. I ended up wanting to get the purple mattress and he actually found one that I was wanting on clearane and I think it was really cool that he steered me to the cheaper route when he could have sold me a regular one at full price. Much appreciated. The warehouse crew were some pretty great people themselves
I had slept on a flotation (water) mattress for the past 20 years, and it finally sprung a leak. It was time to find a new mattress! So, I went to Mattress Firm and was immediately greeted by Tom. I was pleased that they were taking Covid seriously and took measures to prevent infection. Tom was very helpful and really listened to me. I explained what I was looking for and what my price range was. He then showed me a few mattresses that might fit my needs, and didn't just waste my time. Although I did go look at a few other places, I came back to Mattress Firm. Tom had helped me find a great mattress, within my budget, that truly suited my needs, so I bought it. I brought it home and got a great night's sleep. I love the fact that he was not high pressure at all, and really understood what I wanted. I highly recommend this store for your mattress/pillow needs.
Jason was exceptional. He asked us questions to help narrow down our choices, and was incredibly thorough as he guided us through the process to find a mattress that best suited our needs. He absolutely knows his field. Top notch customer service.
We had a very pleasant experience with Jason. He showed us many models and told us all the features of each. He emphasized OUR comfort mattered more than the price or the marketing facts. He wanted what was best for us! I would recommend friends!
