We love Cleo’s and Nicholas Brown is the best! He helped us get the perfect bed and mattress for a growing teenager! Nicholas made everything easier than I could have imagined. He does his job very efficiently. Thank you, Nicholas, for your professionalism!
We really like this place and have bought lots of furniture here. The only thing we don't like about this specific location is that the employees smoke out front at the entrance. It's definitely a turn off.
Paula was the best furniture salesperson I have had the pleasure of working with. She ensured we got the best prices as well as being incredibly patient while we shopped not only around the store but at other stores. Her service was a huge reason we came back after looking at even some of the more expensive stores around NWA. She was upfront about the timeline of receiving the couch, which was the only item on back order, and kept in contact with us during the wait. She was right on with the date it came in. After dealing with Ashley Furniture several times in the past, this was a most welcomed surprise. They had a nice selection and ended up purchasing more items than what I came in for. Thank you, Paula for your excellent service! Delivery team was also fantastic!
Nick Brown helped us purchase our sectional, bunk bed and queen bed frame for our house he was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable on all the products! It was a pleasure having someone that you could explain what you are looking for and showing you something that matched the exact description of what you are looking for (plus price range). I will always go back and work with Nick in the future for any other purchases we need. He helped us 20 minutes after store was closed and didn’t make us feel any pressure of the time limit and made sure we were satisfied with all of our purchases before we left. I recommend going and seeing Nick if you are in the Fayetteville area and need furniture.
Edit: Had to remove a star due the the fact that the insurance company will go out of their way to deny insurance claims on your furniture. Highly recommend you DO NOT purchase the furniture insurance program until Cleo's goes with a different provider.nnShout out to Nicholas for helping me find the perfect bookshelf!
