A lot of people don't like GameStop for various reasons, I won't try to argue against that, but the Fayetteville location is a shining example of what GameStop could be. Thank you Dano for all of the great customer service you provide. Keep up the good work.
Called about some information about the new Xbox they said no one would know any information until after they closed which no one would answer their phone to help once I did try to call and find out. Poorly managed release.
I really like this GameStop store, it reminds me of my old home store in L.A. one of the employee was very friendly and very helpful. I have made this my new home store.
I called in to see if they had any xboxes for sale. The person who answered was nice and said they did. Unfortunately they are only accepting card not cash right now. I understand why and wanted to say they were nice about it.
Never spending money at GameStop again. I bought a Xbox 360 from them in November of 2019, and it only worked for barely 3 months before it stopped working completely. Not to mention, a lot of the games I bought would freeze on my console, but work fine on someone else’s. I’ve been calling for the past 4 months now to get it replaced, but it seems they’re never going to have anymore back in stock. They also refuse to let me just return it and give me my money back, so I’m stuck with a console that doesn’t work and out the money I spent on it. Highly recommend everyone take their money to Vintage Stock or Game X Change instead of this place.
