no social distancing, multiple customers wearing masks under their nose and mouth or not at all. been in twice, both times I’ve left because employees don’t have their mask on until you walk in. They didn’t even have Germx to make you feel better about touching everything. went to their mall location to hopefully see better results. (wasn’t much better, maybe even worse). didn’t look like or smell like anything had been cleaned, overall disappointed, employees looked or sounded sick at both places (maybe I was just freaking out because of the lack of care but I’m not sure). just glad that there was an AT&T in the mall as well, ended up switching. At least they had Germx and seemed to care that there was a pandemic.

I’d like to first say, if I could give 100 stars, I would. Our experience with T-Mobile was absolutely amazing. My husband and I would like to acknowledge Julissa and Jeffery. These two are ROCKSTARS. Without going into the full experience, my husband and I spent 3 long hours in the T-Mobile store trying to figure out how to switch our phone numbers over, and let me say, we had to deal with other phone companies and they don’t even compare to the customer service Julissa and Jeffery showed. Jeffery went out of his way to go and get me the purple iPhone from Springdale, which I have never experienced with a phone company and Julissa was on the phone with another phone provider for AT LEAST an hour trying to work out the kinks. Just to say the VERY least, these two were just wonderful and made our experience all worth it. We will be with T-Mobile for LIFE. Thank you both for all your hard work. It did not go unappreciated!

Great Customer Service! Tanner And Jeff Were The best help getting me and my wife set up with our brand new IPhones! If I could rate it more it’ll be a 10++. Thanks a lot!

My husband and I spoke to two different Reps, Jeff and Ruben at the Joyce location. They were both very helpful, profesional and friendly. I am giving them 5 stars because of Ruben. He was our primary rep. He went above and beyond for us and followed through on his word about looking into a matter for us. He also entertained our 8 year old twins without hesistation. (They are people too.) It was truly a great customer service experience. We will definitely come back. Thank you both for providing an experience we will not soon forget.nn- The Turners
