It takes forever to get help at the phone counter on some days. But once a staff member gets to you, you get great service, knowledge on any product you ask about. The only thing I've noticed lately is that inventory has been out of items I need. Which I'm sure is not their fault, but when I need something, I need it. Wish they kept bigger stock in popular items.

I had a wonderful experience at this store today. One of the items I ordered online, didn't have a feature it said it did, but other than that wonderful. The employees were friendly and very helpful and their selection of items is fantastic. I would recommend this location if you're needing a best buy in nwa.

I came in for a simple thing I normally shop at this store for. I had my mask on 80/08/20, 4:49pm. The entrance to this store wasn’t friendly, they immediately interrogated me as to why I was there. For what? I told them what I came there for, and replied do I have to tell you everything I’m here for, Oh my God!?! The response was (yes you do! Do you want to shop here?). I said yes. I told them the second thing I need. And they examined me for awhile as I stood there waiting to enter. It was harassment. Totally unnecessary. Then II was stalked in the isle I was looking for my choice of item. I was being coached on how to shop. When what I needed was right in front of my face. I took what I chose to checkout. Paid!nI’ve been coming to this store for more than 5 year’s.nI know if I was a white man I wouldn’t of been treated the way I was.nI called to speak to store manager on following Monday. I was told there is no store manager there until Wednesday. Unreal.

FAYETTEVILLE BEST BUY IS THE LITERAL BEST! They were super helpful with all of my purchases and spent 40 min after closing to help load everything up! Your assistance was MUCH appreciated! You guys are awesome. Thanks again!

Greeter was very nice. I explained what I was needing, she sent me to correct dept and called for assistance. Someone showed up right away. Helped me , purchased my correct plug & adaptor. Very efficient. Friendly.
