I just bought a strawberry muffin. The service was fine, but the people did not know all of the flavors of muffins they had and most of the stuff wasn't labeled. The strawberry muffin was very disappointing. It had no strawberry flavor and I didn't actually see any signs of strawberry in it besides the muffin being a pinkish color. The muffin top, which should be the best part of the muffin, tasted like paper. I was definitely expecting better from such a popular place.

Great service and love the sweets!
I have been going to Ricks bakery for over a decade and I have been quite happy with their cakes until today. They have lowered the quality of the White Wedding Cake, but are still charging the same price. The cake is no longer white, but is a typical yellow cake and they stopped putting all of the pretty Rosettes all over it. The cake layers also appear to be smaller than usual. This is very disappointing.
First time order gluten free cup cakes turn out amazing. Love their decors razorback pigs & turtles was very happy how it turn out. Will be ordering more!
