I love me some Dunkin Donuts iced latte coffee and this being one of two in the area is a treat. Unfortunately, I rarely get to experience DD on the regular and the one time that I did, thier latte machine was broken or something.
Went to DD for the first time today. When I ordered, I was told that they weren’t capable of making frozen drinks? I was also told that other things I asked for, from the menu, were not things they could do. “We can’t do that.” Then why is it on the menu? Finally, I asked for two apple cider donuts and received two apple fritters. When I realized what happened, I called and spoke with a manager who set aside a couple of donuts for me and I went back to pick them up. All of the donuts I ordered today (4 total) were supppsed to be free (buy a drink, get a donut for free) but I still had to pay the $4 for apple fritters I didn’t even want.nn2 stars only because the manager was kind and worked with me in regards to the donuts. 1 star for the rest of the debacle.
I like my coffee simple. They seem to just get it right.
The food is quite nice but the service is unbearable. The employee had the same unwelcoming attitude from the drive thru to the window. She also got my order wrong twice.
LOVES my DD iced hazelnut coffee in the summer (hot in the winter) so any time I'm near a DD I'm there for that hazelnut coffee!!
