We have been coming for years and just had the worst experience the last two times we went. Ordered a cookie cake and they got it wrong. They redid it, but we had to wait and didn’t even offer a discount for it. Then we went in to get a cookie and could get no one to help us at all. There were two people working. One was on the phone the whole time and the other helped another customer not acknowledging us at all. Then when she was finished a man had just walked in and she helped him instead of us. Not even sure we would have gotten what we came for as there seemed to be no chocolate chip cookies. Finally gave up and just left.
Every time I come here they are sold out of the most basic types of cookies. What kind of place doesn’t always have chocolate chip?!
Cookie cake is old and stale. Frosting was rock hard and the cookie barely broke apart. I spit it out and threw it away. Will not be coming back.
