The people are great and friendly. Good attitudes and fair. They give you good tips. There's a Pilot right around the corner. The guys let me drop my trlr there so it was easy for me to find parking at the Pilot as Bobtail for overnight n use facilities.
If you're delivering make sure to arrive early to be among the first to get to the 2 docks they have available because you may have to longer if there is a bunch of trucks ahead of you. They take long to get you empty so bring about 2 ounces of patience.
Please beware! The complete worst at customer service. While I’m a fan of the Home Depot I had no idea Linn Star was the transfer company for their appliances. 4 deliveriy attempts and 3 and a half weeks without a refrigerator for a variety of silly reasons on their part. I will never order another appliance from Home Depot knowing this company is their transfer option. They were rude, completely non accommodating and arrogant. I’m not a big reviewer, I have only done a couple in years but this situation completely warranted warning others... after doing some online research living out of a yeti cooler for 20 days, I notice many others have had the exact same situation. Not worth the risk!
Well I live in springdale arkansas. Not going to specify where exactly till I'm contacted. I tried calling the springdale location and I'm not getting any answers. Any ways just called the cops because a linn starr truck just took out my neighbors cable and power lines and the drove off just as fast as they could becomes they thought no one saw them.
All the guys are really helpful and down to earth
