A superb customer experience from start to finish. Every person I talked to or met was very friendly and professional. Pre-move survey was thorough; everything was carefully explained to me. The move coordinator stayed in touch throughout the process, and even checked with me after the move had been completed to see how things were going. Packing was done professionally and everything was well-protected. On moving day, they put down pads and plastic wrap to protect floors, carpets, and doorways. The loading crew was very careful of both my home and the furniture they were loading. Unloading at destination was equally careful and well done. My thanks to everyone at Premier for a great move.

Very professional. I would highly recommend. Initially, it didn't look like all of our stuff would fit into one pod, and we were amazed by the creative solutions they found for making it work. These guys are experts at packing, and our coordinator Cynthia was professional and took all of the stress out of our move.
