Came in for help testing what part of my computer was faulty. They charged a reasonable and *flat* cost for the tech help, even when we took all afternoon and some of the next morning. When I needed replacement parts, they had good recommendations and offered to install anything I bought from them (which he went and price matched from Best Buy’s listing with no prompting from me) as part of the service fee I was already paying! The motherboard and CPU no less, hardly a minimal task. When a problem with my drives then came up and seemed to stump them, I came in the next morning and he hadn’t given up - managed to get it all fixed. I even brought in a new video card I had just gotten in from the mail elsewhere and they plugged it in too at no extra charge “since they already had the machine on their desk anyway.”

Super helpful staff! Everyone here is super nice. I came in with a broken laptop screen and they were able to get it fixed quickly and for a great price. Parts and labor were less than ubreak I fix quoted for just the part

I had a great computer buying experience. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They got everything set up for me, I just had to plug it in and go.
