Adam was a tremendous help to me when I went in to buy a new phone. I was torn between two phones and he laid out all the features on each and helped me decide which phone best suited my lifestyle. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.

Ali is the greatest & best Verizon employee I have run into yet. She fixed an issue on my phone while patiently and simply explaining what she was doing to a seventy year old. Give her a raise and a VP position.
