The worker are smart and friendly here unfortunatly after the merger t mobiles services has gin massively down hill Sprint is destroying their greatness by business practice which has been their specialty since their beginning we've started losing signal wheere there used to be customer service is starting to flounder at 611 they need to dump Sprint before they fail like sprint it's sad I liked this company before sprint merger now it's a mess

Went in for a SIM replacement, R15 one for 5G. Free and was out in less than 5 minutes. My go to store for the last few years.
