One of the nicer game stops. The service rep was helpful and was able to help me with what I was looking for. Even my mother who knows nothing about video games was able to find a game for my nephews.

Best customer service ever! My son is 10yr old and is autistic and has literally been counting down the days till crash bandicoot 4 came out. The day comes we take him to gamestop to get it to find out that if you didn't preorder it you were going to have to wait....so hearing this he starts to panic and worry a little bit and pace the store. The guy working goes above and beyond, calls his fellow employee/friend to see if he would be willing to give up his preorder of the game and wait another 5 days so that my son could get a copy that day! Those employees seriously became heroes to my son and definitely to me and my husband that day. I am still shocked at the level of kindness and the customer service that they displayed. A true rarity in this world. They have a customer for life.

Very good experience at this GameStop. Was greeted promptly by a very helpful associate named Anthony H. He Helped me get what I needed despite not being in stock (Nintendo Joycons) he went above and beyond and ordered it to be shipped to my house directly from the warehouse. 10/10 experience and Anthony H. made it alot better!

Friendly staff, and they usually have what you want in stock, but since covid it seems they're having issues getting things like new controllers and headsets. Also bought a used controller from them, got home and went to use it and it had a broken bumper button.
