The employees there are kind and helpful! They helped me make a decision on getting a new phone and even without raising my bill an arm and a leg. Definitely only doing business with this store specifically.

I have been with tmobile for over 15 years. There are two ladies at this store that 100% know what they are doing! Huge shout out to Hanna the manger and Julie. I was so frustrated with other help and to have you two ladies step in, take over and provide a level of customer service that was outstanding my experience. This is the only store I will shop in because of it he experience with them. Thanks you Julie & Hanna!

Normally great, but they didnt have any phones in stock. Wanted me to order one. What's the point of going to the store if I have to order? I might as well stay home and order.

I got a new screensaver for my phone, the manager sold me one for $30. They also installed it. There was a bubble in the middle of the screen and they told me that I can come back in a few weeks and they will replace it I'd it doesn't go away. So long story short, I got 2 cracks in my screen and I'm sure due to the bubble, I never dropped my phone. I was told they are not going to replace it do to the cracks that they made by installing my screensaver wrong never again
