Kohl's

My wife and kids have shopped at this location over the years.nJust recently I needed to make an Amazon return and this was the location I could bring it without having to box it up.nnThe front door agent was super-friendly and showed me where to go.nIt is easy to see the return sign even from near the entrance.nnThe returns agent was extremely helpful and accommodating and I received a Kohl’s shopping coupon as well.nnThe store is bright and open and has some nice merchandise.nnI’ll definitely be back soon to do some shopping!

Good black Friday deals. I was pleasantly surprised. And good customer service. Only been once but I dug it.

Service at Kohl's is usually pretty good, but this time the staff was over and above the usual quality. From the greeting at the door and direction to the exact locations I needed, to quick and helpful service at every turn, the experience was excellent. Unfortunately for Kohl's, I was not actually shopping this time, but making an Amazon return, making a Kohl's return, and picking up an online Kohl's order. As usual, even though the Kohl's return was relatively old, the staff were able to find the purchase using the Kohl's credit card. As you can tell, everything went well.

Kohls is usually a fun place to shop. I found my visit today, they had minimal choices, in alot of different things. Womens tops, jeans, belts and purse's. Is Kohls going out of business? Makes one wonder?

Kohls is great for mid-line clothes at a good price. I buy a lot of my 8 year old son's clothing here as they have a ton of children's clothes. I shop at Kohl's often and always find deals, the cashier today even gave me an extra 15% off when we were checking out. Very clean store, observing all CDC rules and regulations. I feel Kohl's knows how to conduct business without high risks of some other chain stores like Walmart.
