Hate renting to own stuff but if you gotta do it rent a center is the only place

Will never get anything else from here the couch was full of roaches when I got it and they gave our tv away that had all our information in it do not rent from this place they will try to scam you and no one will help you either if I could I would give 0 stars!!

Rent a center in el Dorado, Arkansas I called to rent a refrigerator went in filled out all the paperwork paid the payment early in the day 11:00 ish then at 4pm when it was due to be delivered they called and said they can't help me do to whom my roommate was what in the hell does my roommate have to do with anything now they have my money and I still have no refrigerator calling corporate office now
