Verizon Authorized Retailer - Russell Cellular

I really would like to give them a better review as but I get so tired of people with no experience trying to help when they haven't been trained properly. The ladies are nice and polite and want to help but they just don't have any training and that is not their fault. Russel needs to get their act together.

I went in to get a glass cover to protect my phone. Ciara was courteous and expertly put the glass cover on for me.

I had the run around spending 2 days and a total of 4 hours in those 2 days on the phone with Verizon customer service with ordering a phone to be picked up in store. They keep saying it was complete after me finalizing and paying but the confirmation never sent to the store so 3 different times in 2 days was spent on hold for up to 30 minutes then hours on the phone with Verizon customer service ud83dude43nI wish I would have just went to the store to begin with lol... now I know! Anyhow, Becca was amazing and I'm grateful that I got her to help me.

Waiting way too long. Only one employee. I will come back later. Nothing wrong with employee just none there to help.
