Brittani did an outstanding job answering my questions a few days prior to getting my new phone and answered a few more once I got the phone.

Visited the store today Oct 6 and Brittney (sp) helped me. I was very very pleased with her knowledge, explaining, handling everything perfectly and dealing with others without feeling neglected.nI wold definitely recommend and will use them again!!

We ordered our phone online and picked up in store. Brittani helped us getting the phone set up and everything going. She had a great attitude and was very helpful.

Horrible Customer service, deceptive sales techniques, poor people skills, lack of knowledge about services employees are lazy and act like they couldnt care less about a customer or even that there is 1 in the store. We have given them multiple chances! Done! We will drive 50 miles to get good service if that's what it takes.

Andrew is very knowledgeable and helpful. Anytime I go in the store he greets me and is prompt to ask how he can help and very polite.
