Incredible customer service!! They addressed our issues quickly and painlessly for us so we could get back on the road. Could not be any happier! Absolutely amazing gentlemen there.
The staff person who helped us was very courteous and professional. Our truck was ready we used it one day and returned the check out was fast and smooth. Have used u-haul several times in the past we have always had great service.
I rented a Car Tow Dolly today and the tire harness straps were frayed and useless to the point we had to use our OWN straps. This is dangerous and in all honesty bad management of equipment. However a guy named Jason at the store gave me a discount due to the fact that we had recieved faulty equipment. The staff were very friendly and kind to us through the entire ordeal, and even though I may have had a bad experience this one time, they fixed the issue and reduced the price of my rental.
I have been renting from this place almost a year now every month...Super friendly workers..could not ask for better staff. I always look forward to dealing with them!
Literally the best experience I've ever had with getting my moving supplies. James is AWESOME...got me loaded..even moved a car seat for everything to fit...so impressed !!!
