I ordered a recliner June 26. I was informed it would take 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. I was made to put half of the price of recliner down at time of order, so I did. After 6 weeks I called every week to ask about my recliner every time I called I was rudely and bluntly told by the sales guy William, we tell you 6 to 8 weeks for a reason and as sales people we don't get paid till you get your order but until 8 weeks we don't get concerned. I asked to speak to Mgr. And William informed me he was with other customers and was to busy to talk to me, I asked him to have Stewart to call me back please. After waiting 2 more weeks and no call back I called again to check on my order and once again had the unfortunate experience to talk with William. I asked for Stewart and was finally allowed to . Informed Stewart I'd like to know status if my recliner because it is past 6 to 8 weeks now. He informed me he would have to email company and call me back. Surprisingly I was called back and was told chair should ship on September 14 2020. After looking at paperwork I saw were my half down deposit was kept if I canceled my order even though it is over 6 to 8 weeks as I was told at time of my order. So after not hearing anything I called September 18th to check on my recliner, WOW Surprise! Stewart said a truck just pulled up and yes your chair is on it, but since I need a Saturday delivery well it will be a few weeks out. September 19th (22 weeks after I ordered my recliner) I show up at store to pick up my recliner. I am treated so rudely and so disrespectfully, that after loading up my recliner my son went back into the store to inform the employee and owner who happened to be there at the time how ashamed he was of how his mother was treated by their employees. One would think that the owner of this business would have immediately called me to apologize or question me about my experience, well SURPRISE! NOPE HE DIDN'T. I'm not at all Surprised. And I am not at all surprised this store is GOING OUT OF BUSINESS!! I usually only write reviews when I can say something nice but this treatment was uncalled for.

The family and I went in to just look around at the options of a couple recliners and designs for furniture. The staff answered any and all questions that we had, yet at the same time, they let us walk around without bothering us. We then opted for the choice of putting 2 recliners in layaway, and we saved a lot of money. Great job.

Buyers beware! It’s been 2 months since we ordered our furniture and we still have not received it. Customer service is very poor. Called and spoke with their staff several times without resolution. Left a callback number but no one has returned our call. Considering a refund if our furniture is not delivered this week.
