Absolutely the worst shopping experience of my life. I will never recommend Hanks to anybody. I went in June and ordered a bedroom suite that consisted of a bed frame & 2 chests. The manager, Nikki, told me that all I had to do was call a few days before I needed to pick it up & they would have it delivered to the fort smith location. It has taken until November for me to finally receive all total pieces of the furniture I ordered FIVE MONTHS AGO. Within 2 weeks of having it, one of the handles on the dresser broke. I sent Hanks a picture of it and they ordered a new piece, only to order the wrong one. I have no idea how that happened when I sent a picture. Upon picking up my last piece of furniture they did not have any men out back to help load the furniture. Good thing my husband & father-in-law was with me. Lastly, there are papers posted on the doors stating masks are required when absolutely NONE of the employees inside are wearing masks. This is a sad excuse of a business that is ran horribly. Don’t waste your time or money, because they could honestly care less.

I purchased the Chatham Park King Bedroom set , the Rio II leather Sofa, and a Kitchen set, I worked primally with Buckles, and at times with others, including Big Tex, the assisted manager, and the manager. Everyone provided excellent customer service , but the bulk of my recommendations goes to Ms. Buckles. Not only did Ms. Buckles, provide excellent customer service, but she also exhibited, patience, and a genuine concern to provide the customer the best choice for their needs. This covers, the best furniture selection, the best financing, the recommended Insurance, required care for your purchased item, and even the delivery of your purchase. I have never seen a sales person with so much passion to provide the customer excellent complete end to end Customer Service. I hope Hanks Fine Furniture is fully aware of the assets they have in Ms. Buckles, and treat her accordingly

I enjoyed my experience at this store. I worked with Nathan and he is a very polite and friendly person. I spent over an hour asking questions and he gladly answered all my questions with a smile. I finally made a decision and found a price online that he helped me match with ease. Overall, I would recommend this store as it has a nice selection and great customer service.

Jay was great help showed us exaclty what we needed but wasn't an overbearing salesmen. He gave us space to look around while also providing great direction.

I bought a bed and frame, but won’t be back. The manger was the only one there worth working with, few ladies there were kind of snobby and rude. One of the guys there told me my bed shipped in and I drove 30 mins to find out it wasn’t there. Took 2 weeks for the bed to arrive and they didn’t call ME I had to keep calling and asking. Bed it comfy I’ll say but, def not a fan if Hanks Fine furniture customer service
