I cannot say enough good things about Sofa City and their FANTASTIC service! After receiving our sofa and realizing with horror that is was too small for the space, JB and Pam were so understanding and helpful. Not only did they work with us to exchange our sofa for a much better sized sectional but also had it delivered the very same day! So appreciative of Sofa's selection and service!!!
Furnished our new home here after being highly recommended by a few people. Quality furniture, as fairly priced as furniture can get. The customer service is where they really shine, I’ve been in on multiple occasions and each time am met with friendly, helpful staff. Will always be my first stop whenever shopping for furniture.
I went in today looking for a sectional sofa and not only found the perfect one at a price I was happy with but also the best customer service around! I will be going back to them for all my future furniture needs. So as you can guess I highly recommend!
Mike and Caleb were so helpful this weekend! We picked out a rug and they actually had it in stock! They had someone put it in our car and explain how to flatten it out. Very pleased with the service.
The manager JB and assistant manager Mike were beyond helpful! We had a budget and they helped us get everything we needed within the budget! Would recommend going to sofa city for all your furniture needs!
