Metro by T-Mobile

We were pushed into the phones we didn't even want and the ladies there were all pushy and pushed phones on us without even giving us a chance to look around and every phone I asked about they were out of

I would not recommend Metro by T-mobile to anyone the staff is extremely rude, very unhelpful and will rip you off. I asked to speak with a manager and refused to call him or fix the problem that they caused. If you ever have a problem prepare to be dissatisfied.

To ladies that work there are the greatest so nice, respectful, caring and they are all about making customers very happy and getting them everything they want their names are Tiffany, and the other one is ambur I think talk dark headed plus she wear a smart watch and just want to say thank you very much you 2 are always a great help and getting things done real fast .
