Worthless mangers and employees . They sell you merchandise they know has problems and don't inform you tell latter then refuse to do anything about it. They are rude well hang up on you to avoid answering questions you have. You have better opinions then this garbage dump. Avoid at all cost. It deserves 0 stars.

The salesman was a very nice and thorough young gentleman, spent an hour in here as he was new and learning. However, I encountered a bully that tried to force me to accept optional charges then refused me service after approval when I disagreed. When we got to the end and I was approved -references checked, residence and utilities at address confirmed by landlord, Income sufficient- I was reading along the website as we went thru the setup for the agreement, where I saw the option to opt out of the Loss/Damage waiver and the RAC benefits membership, the price stating approximately 10% of the agreement amount, and written is the ability to decline these two programs without any penalties or effect on the contract. I have these same benefits and coverage thru my auto insurance bundling and a comparable program thru AT&T for my internet service, which I’m on the second tier bc of my wireless service thru the same provider. I’m also a sams club member, and I contract work from DoorDash & Postmates whom ALL have a comparable program, all for free. So the RAC extra programs are OVERKILL and unnecessary in my situation. Another worker overheard this and told me “if we are already having problems over $3 per month, we just aren’t gonna do business with you” I quoted the website’s opt-out info and told him if it was a problem, I think I can just opt out online, and he replied “then I will put in a pickup order for the furniture and we will come get it” and refused to let me opt out of either program, then refused my business altogether and told me I couldn’t purchase thru them” I asked for my application back, and left without saying anything. Then, I had to go back in because they still had my license. I contacted corporate and am awaiting assistance, I feel completely discriminated against and bullied and was being literally leveraged: for the furniture I would be forced into two unnecessary company programs that their website explicitly says are optional, not required, not even available to all customers, and that you can opt out WITHOUT any penalties or effects on the rental agreement. Plus, they have all my information if anything was to happen to the furniture, I would be required to pay for it. I am single and live obsessively clean, in an upscale historic building downtown with renters insurance covering anything within these walls, regardless of ownership, focused on possession, instead. It is not right that I was refused a contract. I’m over-qualified for the terms of the agreement. I Guess I’ll have to sit in my lawn chairs tonight and find a more reputable, fair place to spend my hard earned money on a new living room set.
