I had such a great experience with this company. Julio and Brandon moved my studio loft quicker than I anticipated. They were energetic, very professional, and packed all my grandma's vintage china very carefully. I was worried something would break but everything was in tact at my new place. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone I know!

Our move date was 7/22/2018 confirmation#R13958 within City of Portland. The movers dropped and broke one of our dresser drawers. They said they would reimburse for the damage. We were naive enough to just take their word for it and signed the paperwork stating move was completed. When we contacted the office, they gave us such a hard time saying that the IKEA dresser is cheap and shouldn’t cost what we asked for, despite the fact we provided the actual receipt of the dresser. We exchanged numerous emails and left phone messages but in the end, we just got tired of it and stopped fighting. Needless to say we got nothing to compensate, not even apologies. We are moving and looking for a mover again and I just thought I would leave a comment on our experience.nnUPDATE:nI was pleasantly surprised that the company contacted me regarding my claim and wanted to settle. Apparently there’s no more office that I deal with in Portland and my claim really does not apply to their current business. They wired money right away and I was very pleased. Thank you for following up and doing the right thing. 7/30/2019

I would never recommend this moving company. Outside of the fact that it took these guys over 8 hours to move all of my stuff from one place to another (literally a distance of less than 5 miles) they damaged numerous pieces of furniture, along with backing their truck directly into the wall at my old apartment complex causing hundreds of dollars worth of damages. On top of this, one of the movers proceeded to talk to me about how much he loves taking dabs and how he's good buddies with someone who owns a weed company and that they throw parties all the time and get wasted. He proceeded to talk about this for at least 20-30 minutes, meanwhile the rest of the crew (2 other guys) stopped working entirely until he was done. I'm not paying for conversation, I'm paying for you to move my stuff and not damage my items I worked my butt off to own.nnThis is a job that should have taken 2-4 hours max, yet they took an unbelievable amount of time to move everything (when I had plastic wrapped all of the items and packed everything prior). Very disappointed with the job they did, and the fact that they charged my girlfriend and I over $1,200 to move less than 5 miles away is just ridiculous. They urged us to pay with cash, and rushed us through signing paperwork while not allowing us to read what we were signing because they were late to another job (go figure). We even gave a tip on top of the moving fees, to which it was met with rolling eyes, poor attitudes, and unappreciative actions.nnAdditionally, they treated our new building staff poorly by making demands for water, other drinks, etc. The new building staff also said that this was the slowest crew they'd ever seen, and were absolutely STUNNED when we told them how much this company charged us. Clearly we were taken advantage of, and clearly these guys are con artists.nnI will be seeking a refund, and if no one takes this issue seriously, I have no problem getting my legal team involved.nnDO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE SLOW, HAVE HIDDEN COSTS, AND WILL NOT DO THE JOB RIGHT.

We had a wonderful experience with Royal moving. They were very quick, and took great care to make sure everything was carefully wrapped and that we satisfied with their job. We thought the price was very fair and they were very accommodating taking one item to a different address. We would call on then again for sure!
