I purchased a lift recliner from the Van Buren store a few years ago with insurance. The chair motor components broke and the insurance company issued a credit. I contacted this store and their sales representative, Oscar, contacted the home office to get a replacement chair for my husband who is a disabled American veteran. Oscar is very professional and courteous. I thank him and the other associates who have worked hard to help get my husband a very much needed lift chair. God bless you, Oscar, and many thanks. Zero customer service! Shopping alone and not a single word was said to me. 3rd furniture store today to do that. I'm done, not coming back. Not going to give money to a company that can't acknowledge my existence.
Great prices! Way better prices than Hanks, but a lot less to choose from
