Luther Stem Pools was contact to fix my Marquis hot tub. I figured it would be very expensive due to the proprietary parts on Marquis. Luther Stem fixed it promptly and at a fair price. The service tech was friendly and very competent. I am a satisfied customer and would suggest their service.
We have a above ground pool that hasn't worked in a long time that we bought from Luther Stem years ago. We called Brenda there and she set us up with a new liner and all that we needed. Anthony Harris and sons came to the house yesterday to install everything. They were so very nice and accommodating. Works fast and very professional. Did outstanding work and got our pump working again. Thank you to all at Luther Stem for going above and beyond. Highly recommend for anything you need ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My family and I have been doing business with Luther Stem for many years. We had a new Sharkline above ground pool installed last week. I was very impressed with their willingness to work with us on what we did and did not need. There were a few minor details that weren't communicated well, but the installers answered every question we had. The Harris brothers and their team were extremely professional and helpful installers. I appreciate all of the information they provided. Sean has always been helpful getting our pool ready to swim. Brenda has the best advice and gives direct information without a lot of nonsense banter, which I appreciate.

The entire staff is so helpful! Every time I go in to the store I am helped promptly and my questions are answered thoroughly. I never feel pushed to purchase any particular product, but they help to educate me so that I can make an informed decision. I highly recommend them.
