The best experience I have had buying a mattress. Jackie was very honest and helpful with us making a purchase. She went well out of her way to ensure we were taken care of. The store closed at 6 but she stayed late just to ensure we got the best deal. Amazing work Jackie!! We cannot wait to get our Tempur-pedic Luxebreeze mattress!
Enjoyed the experience of shopping. Share the product information then gave plenty of space for me to make my decision. Went above and beyond to expedite delivery when they realized our mattress was destroyed by flood waters. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

Great guy there with a heart of gold that takes all the time in the world with you, but also stands back to give you your own space to go over the mattresses on your own. Right there even you needed him to answer any and all of your questions.
I can't recommend this store. I was passed back and forth between Jackie and Aaron. I had to walk out after both Jackie and Aaron began helping customers that had arrived behind me. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking it might have just been due to a busy Labor Day. Came back the next day and was treated the same. I walked out a second time and purchased a bed from their competitor. My entire family has purchased from them in the past. Time to move on.
