We initially called Mattress Firm N. Arkansas. We were fortunate enough to speak to Jason Beatty . Jason listened to our request and directed us to Mattress Firm on Phoenix Ave Fort Smith. He said to ask for Brad, he was very knowledgeable and he would be happy to show us a few options.nWe were more than pleased upon meeting Brad. We went through all our options, he was very patient, polite, not only regarding the products available but also the fine warranty benefits, discounts, financing, whst we needed to do to keep the warranty in good standing. One thing was he also gave us options to make sure we would satisfied. Once we decided on the Tempur-pedic Pro-Adapt

We were in the store less than 30 minutes and ended up walking out with two brand new mattresses ordered and ready to be delivered within 3 days. Absolutely loved this shopping experience. The salesman didnt follow us and ask alot of questions, but instead let us go through each bedding setup ourselves and take our time without feeling rushed. Great prices, great bedding and awesome customer service. I absolutely recommend this store!

I happened into your store after my husband suffered a sudden stroke leaving him Paralyzed on his I enjoyed shopping for my mattress in your Phoenix Ave. store in Fort Smith, AR. I had shopped at least 4 other places. I felt comfortable in your store. Had time to mill around and not be overwhelmed by a lot of information on other products I wasn't interested in and couldn't afford. She listened to me and helped me to make a decision that met my budget.
