I had the worst experience from this service company that I've ever had. My phone system is 15 years old and this sorry excuse for a service tech did not want to work on it. I told the company what kind of phone system I have and to bring the parts needed to fix this system. The tech, if you want to call him that, kept pushing for a new system. The way he was insisting on a new system and not actually working on my system told me he didn't know what he was doing or he was just plain lazy. He even told me that to go to Wal-Mart and get 4 phones and plug them in. I wouldn't advise anyone to use this company.
