Staff is great, super friendly, customer service has definitely improved since it was in the past. Sometimes it gets super busy but they do what they can. Honestly, I think they need another location by the outlets. It would be just as busy.
This place is always comfortable and warm. They always welcome you with a big smile and never had any bad experiences ... very warm fast fresh and delicious sandwiches and donuts.... and coffee will be hot and ready for you.
Great service, clean, my favorite Donuts hands down..Keep up the great work!!
Donuts were melt in your mouth delicious. Fast and friendly service. Got a glazed donut and a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant for less than $4. Very very tasty. 5 stars would go back every day of the week of I could.
Its Shipley's what's not to love !! Kolaches are GREAT !!
