Ordered a cake a month or 2 in advance. The cake I ordered was a cake that was supposed to have an image on it. But unfortunately their machine broke down. I understand that was not the stores fault. But very upset when I heard that the manager knew that the machine was broke down 2 days before I needed the cake and failed to tell me, so I could make other arrangements. Instead they told me the day my party, making it nearly impossible to get another cake.
