My parents have kept their trailer parked in this lot for years. Our trailer was recently broken into while on the property. They’ve refused to take ownership for this. We pay every MONTH for the SAFETY of our trailer and apparently they don’t care about the people or customers they serve. The lady on the phone Sonja was VERY rude. I mean we all could hear her from across the room when my mom was on the phone. We will be moving our trailer. And I will continue to leave these reviews because this place is awful.

This place is clean and the units are easy to access. The staff is very nice and easy to work with. I always can talk to someone who can help every time I call.
