Juan has excellent & outstanding customer service! He helped us solve our issue & even more. Juan was also incredibly kind, informative, & patient with all of our questions! I absolutely love having t mobile as our carrier!

I wish I could give them 0 stars . The staff there is very rude and unprofessional!!! I would recommend going to the T-Mobile store by Cactus Jack . The ladies there are always very helpful and nice.

The staff is unprofessional!!! They sent my son to a different store because they didn’t want to return his Apple Watch ( that was not working) I only had it for a day. Never coming here and telling everyone not to either. culos groseros
