This place used to be my favorite place to get manis and pedis but now the quality of service has been very poor. The last time I came here I ended up getting a fungal infection on my big toe and after about a year decided to try them again today. I was so disappointed at the quality of service received. They spent maybe 20 minutes on my nails and while there the lady cut my big toe open with the cuticle cutters and then proceeded to ignore it even though it was bleeding. Paid $47 for a shellac pedicure and left with my toe still bleeding. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I've gotten my nails done here 4 times.nThe first 3 times I was pretty satisfied, but nothing outstanding.nnThis time my nails are terrible. No one is the same shape or length. My rhinestones fell off before even getting home.nnI won't be returning.
I had an appointment and showed up 15 min early. They immediately sat me down and she got started. Gracie is the best nail tech I’ve had! She did a great job on my mani/pedi. Didn’t rush through it which most nail techs do. Everything was clean and the atmosphere was relaxing. Will be returning to see her for sure
