It's small yet perfect! The staff are really nice and friendly. Few days ago I got my super straight impossible to curl lashes lifted (permed) and tinted. I get up and my lashes are beautiful finally. There Brazilian waxing service was the best I ever had. Today I did the Detox Sauna Wrap. They check on you every 15 minutes and you can be in there for a hour. You can have then unzip it so your arms are free too. I will definitely go back there!
My visit was from a little over a week ago for an eyelash perm. I called the next day to complain. I submitted an on-line complaint. No one contacted me back. The pictures show how either some lashes weren't lifted or how the lifted ones were clumpy. This is very disappointing as you can't fix the problem unless you want to risk the eyelashes breaking off from the perm solution.
This place is wonderful, customers service so freaking nice and the actaul services are even better.. I arrived early by accident and the ladies was still patient with me cause I love to talk lol yes (long-winded)...yes I will be back..God Bless
