They do not help at all, they just tell you excuses. I just do not like how they handle things. Poor service

I gave two stars based on this beautiful little lady named Consuela, she is a perfect 10! Total package. But otherwise I have 1 star just so could place an online review. I applied for my Mexican work visa 6 yrs ago and paid cash. Still on hold. I just want seasonal ag work. I'm an exchange student/interim. I also want to convert from Jewish to Mexican, is this possible?

Worst service ever. Everytime anyone from my family and I come it’s always excuses. For everything. The security at the door is horrible and so freaking rude. They don’t understand they are here to help and they are getting paid to it. Every single time. He was so disrespectful to my grandma and I , and to the people behind us.
