ADT is the WORST! I spent over an hour trying to cancel my service and they told me it wouldn't be cancelled for 30 days, even though I was out of my contract! Then, they charged me for another month and a half!!! There are way cheaper alarm systems out there, do yourself a favor and DON'T go with ADT!
The ADT Team has really done a good job for me. I appreciate the care their technicians demonstrate in addressing my security service needs.
This place is no good! They lie to get you in the contact then it’s hell from there so if you want games and drama they are the place for you
Customer service continues to hang up on me at the local office. My technician Rod gave me false information and now I’m stuck in a contract for 36 months! I would not recommend anyone doing business with them! They simply do not care!!
ADT is the WORST company ever! They have now surpassed Comcast as the worst experience ever! I canceled because I was moving. They kept billing. I call and they admit I canceled and said they would take care of it. Nope! They keep billing me and calling everyday harassing me. It went on for months. No one at the Corporate office answers the phone. They actually owe me money! Don’t do business with them!!!
