I’ve been here twice and Mr. Jay was awesome. Great customer service, fast turnaround time with fixing products. Each time I went to store I was greeted, and Jay started on my computer as soon as I told him what was going on with it. I had to have my computer for the same day for clinical charting and he made sure I did within less than 2 hours. Also his staff is friendly, very helpful and intelligent. Thank you Jay for checking my product out without making me wait or set up an appointment. Greatly appreciated.
I feel fortunate to have found this business through recommendations on the Nextdoor website. Jay Lucas is exceptionally skilled and experienced with computers. He helped my family with a scary PC security issue. He arranged an in-home service call to help a family member correct a multiple monitor set-up. He has also built a new and updated desktop computer system for us that we needed badly. I have confidence in his work and highly recommend Computer Components and Services.
Jay, owner of Computer Components & Services has been building my computers for over 20 years. This time he built one that will fit in my purse. It is a 4 x 4 x 1.5 inches & it is my desk top. So fast !!!!! He always does a great job & will always talk me through whatever I don't understand. I had 2 businesses before I retired & he built my computers for both of my computer. I am very happy with my association with this company.
Jay and the team have set up and maintained our small network of computers and provided the absolute best service. CCSI has also custom built all of our computers for our business as well as for personal use through the years. Always been happy withe Jay and his team!
