The person who came out to equip the house was very professional and courteous. After he left we discovered that 2 of the motion sensors were not working. I spoke with an ADT representative via phone. She said that an ADT technician would call to let me know when they can come out and fix the sensors. To date I have not received a call. I will be calling ADT back to ensure that everything is operating well. Nonetheless, I was impressed with the technician as well as the rep who I spoke with on the phone. I can't wait to have my house fully protected.
They tell you its a 2 yr contract, it ends up 3. Then there is no way to downgrade your plan. A total rip off!
Activation was very smooth. Technician was very helpful. Explain the solution in details. My feeling that I have selected the right solution. Only issue I have that some information had to be explained earlier to me. That is to with internet is ready or not. Because I need door bill and lock and technician could not install it because there was no internet at my house.
Technician was friendly and helped with implementing the best system for us that was available in our area. Wish we could have installed the digital service, however the cellular reception was not great in our area.. ADT service..
It took a day for the service person to install our system. During this time, he was effective, courteous, quiet, yet very informative. When the system was installed, we got a very thorough training session which was much appreciated. He guided us in our decisions; there are so many options you can choose and it can be overwhelming. When we decided to go with a very minimal basic system, he did not judge, but rather pointed out how to be the most effective with the devices we wanted to use.
