I ordered a phone online to pick up in store. It was a new account and there ended up being an issue porting over my old phone number (not sprint’s fault). Sable was super helpful and kind!! Eventually everything got settled, thanks to her!

Laiken and the Sprint staff at the Shackleford location were all great! Needed help with transferring to my upgraded phone. All persons were very attentive, professional, greeted each of the many customers entering the store with a warm welcome and smiling faces. Glad I stopped at this location for help.
The employees at this store have been friendly, helpful, and efficient on both occasions I've shopped there.
Love, love, love them. This store, in particular, has taken very good care of me when I needed help. I prefer this store to others, and they are very similar to the original store on Bowman, which was the only place I had ever gone until they moved. These folks really make sure you are taken care of & do what it takes to help you most efficiently & effectively.
