This is probably the first time that I didn't get the same Panera Vibe that you would usually get at any other Panera Location. I felt that the service level could have been better. May be it was that time of the day right after the lunch rush when the Team members are slowing down...totally understand. But On the contrary, I have always received good sevcie at all the Panera locations any time of the day.nI don't think we received a Thank you after the order was completed. Felt that my $51 order wasn't appreciated..nBut the food was excellent!!

Went to order the smokey BBQ melt sandwich and the lady interrupts me to gossip with someone and then makes me repeat myself to take my order and as I'm taking my order one of the guys in the back whispered something to the lady taking my order but I couldn't quite hear it. Paid for my food and went to wait for it and one of the cooks was like we don't have the stuff you ordered would you like to substitute? The lady taking my order was told this and still let me pay for a meal she and didn't even tell me it came with a side and just slapped chips on my receipt. The guys in the back were amazing and substituted my side for me and got the manager for me because they saw i was distressed. The manager was nice too

Placed a curb side pickup order. Had to wait for 30 minutes just to be told they don’t have bread bowls. I ask for a refund and a receipt. I was told they can’t give me a receipt but they canceled my order. I ask to speak to a manager, And as of now I’m still sitting in my truck waiting for the Manager to come talk to me for 30 minutes. This place has gone down in service. I use to eat here at the least 3 times a month. This will unfortunately be the last time I order. I feel like a total jackass sitting in my truck writing this damn review with no food. I’m going to McDonald’s

Young cashier had hard time inputting my order that older cashier took over. Repeated my order 3x to young one again 3 x older one. Still got it wrong. Ordered 2 soup w1/2 sandwich, one onion soup.tomato and one cup extra of onion soup and four sweet rolls. I was charged for a group order of onion soup I did not order. Cost me 47.00$. It was not the masks we lowered them. I am disappointed.

Love this location I work for a non profit organization that help assists addicts and they donate their bread to my organization. Great place may God bless them.
