Walmart Bakery

I for the most part have never been more devastated. I ordered my daughter's cake for her bday. Special order. I show up a day after scheduled pick up to be sure it was done. As they have failed to complete a called before. I get there and they had not even started working on the cake. So now my daughter who was supposed to have a theme cake for her themed get together.. is not there. And on top of it they don't have a cake even close to the colors. And no baker to write on the cake that we ended up getting because we had to have something for her bday. She was devastated. NEVER AGAIN. the manager and the gentleman that helped us were amazing I will say. They felt so bad and were rushing around trying so hard to resolve it. So thank you to those men. We so do appreciate your efforts and time as well as your understanding of the situation. .
