so Careless! don’t deliver packages to the wrong house. Not everyone is honest and will return it to the the right address

Talk about terrible service! The driver literally just left four huge boxes in the MIDDLE of my drive through! Couldn't even bring them inside let alone put them some where that makes sense. Other times they have left the same packages in our waiting area and don't even have the decency to let us know. I will avoid using Fed Ex, UPS at least has very friendly drivers which i cant say the same about the driver Larry that we just had. What a disappointing company.

We live in Elgin and our deliver guy is amazing! We appreciate that everytime he comes he leaves treats for our dogs. It's just super sweet! Thank you!
