I can’t be more grateful I found Pure Computer Solutions. They are professional, helpful, caring. Rob was extremely nice and explained to me exactly what was wrong with my laptop, not just the fact that it was in Spanish and took him a bit longer to figure out the difference with the keyboard. I know it's probably strange for me to write a review before I even got my computer back but so far Rob has been so helpful. He explains everything in a way that even someone who isn't very PC hardware literate like me can really understand what is going on and I appreciate that. It's been a stressful week but he also has a good sense of humor and is very caring, getting a phone call from him can really brighten up someone's day and I really do appreciate the hard work done.nnThank you so much!
