Wow! This was amazing. Amazingly wrong! The company I purchased from told me to inspect the merchandize when received. R&L refused to allow me to inspect. When I went to write on the receipt that I was unable to inspect, the driver (Cody) ripped the clipboard out of my hand and signed the receipt himself and handed me my copies and left.nnI would think twice about this trucking company.

The driver tried to leave my package on the corner of my road. Wasn’t in a trying mood. There more of a I don’t know attitude instead of i can. This delivery carrier is new to my area.nIf they know it’s a heavy package they need more than one person on that delivery. I’ll prefer to stick with ups, fedex, or robs speedy delivery.

The worst customer service.nNo attempt to call about an expected ETA or when in close proximity in a very large delivery window (1pm-5pm).nnI called the Office once I found my door tag. An instantly defensive woman stated that they “attempted to make a call” but checked my phone and there were no missed calls or voicemails. I explained this and She then proceeded to back pedal and tell me they needed calling instructions for driver on the delivery appointment call. Wait what....nShe began to tell me that their driver had 20 orders to deliver and couldn't wait around. So from their perspective, its fine to waste my day waiting around for them but not vice versa.nnThe call just ended up sitting silent as I waited for her to give instructions on the next steps for getting the package redelivered or explain to me the next options. After 5 mins of silence - I had to initiate questions to figure out a solution! The reply was “well there is a redelivery fee and we’ll contact you”. So now I just wait with no expected timeframe of a call to schedule the next delivery time. What type of customer service is this? I get better treatment from Indian call centers.nnLets recap:n1. Terrible attitude, tone, and Instantly defensive customer service rep.n2. Blames customer for not giving them the instructions to call (every other delivery company has either the driver or someone call to state ETA day of delivery) but fails to state those expectations while the delivery appointment was being made.n3. Lying that they she and the driver attempted to make a call.n4. Ambiguous 5 hour delivery window with expectations that you burn a day from work with no communication on whether they are actually showing up that day.n5. States the company's over booked deliveries for the day, impatient tone to resolve the issue, and infers that the customer is creating an inconvenience. Moreover, revealing to the customer The companies bad business practices of overbooking deliveries.n6. The call had zero directive or discussion to find a solution, awkwardness of silence on the phone until you (the customer) has to ask the questions.n7. The call ended with no future rescheduled date!!! Instead a “will call you back to reschedule”.n8. No respect for the customer. There was notnone apology or effort to resolve the delivery.nnBasically, R&L expects you to sit around your house all day waiting for a delivery driver, clearly state that you want a courtesy call so you have some idea when to expect the delivery, and have you work to figure out solutions.nnWorst customer service experience ever.

Received my new generator today via this shipper. Awesome driver. Very courteous. Highly recommend this shipper.

Awful customer service. Jennifer at the main office is rude and not helpful. She said it wasn’t worth her time to help me out. She said this was a multi million dollar company and trying to get my 100$ back because of their error was not worth her time. I called customer service and they did not care awful way to do business. I will not be using them again. Beware
