There should be 10 stars!!! This is hands down the BEST cellular buying experience I have ever had! Please go see these folks! They make you feel like you are their ONLY customer!!!! Simply the best! Hands down!
Terrible experience. To begin with the associate did not celebrate the purchase of a new iPhone and only wanted to offer her personal opinions about how Android was better. The $35 restocking fee is a joke! It’s just smoke and mirrors, an additional charge on top of all the other up-charges designed so that you’ll get nothing back if you decide to return the phone. Buyer beware none of the expensive accessories they sell you can be returned for a refund. Employees don’t wear masks to protect each other or customers during the pandemic. The store smelled bad!
Excellent customer service each time l have visited the store. Valorie helped me solve a problem with my phone when nobody would help. Love this store!

This is the absolute worst service I have ever experienced. The workers and the manager try to talk over you on every question you have. They did not ask for a pin # when they set up account but say there was one assigned to account but they don't know what it is. Can't tell me if my chrome book has a hot spot or not and do not care to find out for me. I advise you not to do business at this location. I would have given 0 stars if I could.
