Walmart Pharmacy

They gave me someone else's medicine. It was labeled wrong on the bottle and bag. The lady had my same birthday and year of birth. Big mistake! I'm surprised I'm not dead.

The pharmacy is ok but the cashiers and workers at the service desk are so rude. Walmart in Malvern has the worst workers I've ever seen. They are not friendly at all they do not greet you in a friendly manner at all. I hate going to walmart in Malvern period. Management is horrible.

Hands down the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. For the fifth time a medication I ordered is not in stock. It was phoned in two days ago and yet I am not told until I go to pick it up. It is critical to my well being and I am now completely out. I have had to take prescriptions to fill at Walgreen because this store was out and had no idea when they would have it in. My insurance only covers Walmart so when I have to go to another pharmacy I have to pay out of pocket. To the Walmart pharmacist you are dealing with peoples lives! This is dangerous inefficiency!! I will absolutely have different insurance next year so I won’t be depending on this Malvern Walmart Pharmacy!

gave them my prescriptions at 9 am told me it would be 30 minutes. Finally at 10:15 they were ready. Stressed me out to be told to wait and ended up waiting over a hour.
